Lodge Name History:
Nicola Misasi was an Italian writer who was born in Cosenza, Calabria in 1850. He later became a teacher in a secondary school and wrote short stories about his homeland. He died in 1923 in Rome. In 1924, the Nicola Misasi Lodge #1277 honored this local writer by giving the new club his namesake.
